The Do-more™ H2 Series PLC is the newest technology available that makes control applications easier to implement.
Do-more PLCs use proven DirectLOGIC PLC DL205 hardware for a flexible control platform, but with more powerful and faster performance. Do-more PLCs also introduce a new and powerful, user-friendly programming instruction set.
  • H2 Series Do-more CPU modules plug into a standard DL205 PLC base unit and can utilize almost all of the proven DL205 family of PLC modules.

  • Do-more Designer is the new full-featured programming software for Do-more PLCs.

H2-DM1 and H2-DM1E CPU Modules

Two CPU modules are available with Do-more H2 Series PLCs: the H2-DM1 and H2-DM1E.
Both CPU modules are programmed using the Do-more Designer programming software.

NOTE: Existing DirectLOGIC DL205 CPU modules (D2- 230, D2-240, D2-250(-1) and D2-260) cannot utilize Do-more Designer PLC programming software.

H2-CTRIO and H2-CTRIO2 Counter I/O Modules

  • The H2-CTRIO and H2-CTRIO2 Counter I/O modules are designed to accept high-speed pulse input signals for counting or timing applications.

  • These modules also provide high-speed pulse output signals for servo/stepper motor control, monitoring and alarming as well as other discrete control functions.

  • The CTRIO and CTRIO2 modules offer greater flexibility for applications which call for precise counting or timing based on input events or for high speed control output applications. They can also be used for applications that call for a combination of both high-speed input and high-speed output control functions.

  • The CTRIO and CTRIO2 modules have their own microprocessors and operate asynchronously with respect to the CPU. Therefore, the response time of the on-board outputs is based on the module's scan time, not the CPU's scan time.

  • Software Configuration: all scaling and configuration can be done within Do-more Designer software.
